especially in food & beverage and wine production —

and can translate that into scalable product solutions.

Your Mission

You will bridge

Winery / beverage production processes
\n
Filtration technologies
\n
Product definition & pricing
\n
Manufacturing capabilities
\n
Your goal is to turn real production challenges into standardized, repeatable filtration solutions
\n
What You Will Do
\n
1️⃣ Front-End: Support Sales (30%)
\n
Join technical discussions with wineries and beverage producers
\n
Design filtration solutions for applications such as:
\n
Pre-filtration before bottling
\n
Clarification (removal of yeast, particles, haze)
\n
Sterile filtration for final product safety
\n
Support sales teams in winning technically demanding projects
\n
You are the technical brain behind commercial success
\n
2️⃣ Mid-End: Product Definition (40%)
\n
Build application-based selection logic (wine / beverage → filtration solution)
\n
Define standard configurations
\n
Depth filters / pleated cartridges / membrane filters
\n
Filter housings for hygienic applications
\n
Benchmark global leaders such as
\n
Pall Corporation,
\n
3M, and
\n
Parker Hannifin
\n
Develop pricing models aligned with process value and cost structure
\n
You turn process knowledge into scalable product systems
\n
3️⃣ Back-End: Connect with Manufacturing (30%)
\n
Ensure product compliance with food-grade standards (FDA, EC, etc.)
\n
Align with manufacturing on
\n
Materials (PP, PES, Nylon, etc.)
\n
Structure and integrity
\n
Hygienic design requirements
\n
Drive development of application-specific products for F&B; industry
\n
You ensure solutions are practical, compliant, and scalable
\n
Who We Are Looking For
\n
✔ Must Have
\n
Experience in food & beverage filtration, wine production, or related process industries
\n
Understanding of filtration applications such as:
\n
Clarification
\n
Microbial control
\n
Final sterile filtration
\n
Ability to perform basic technical selection (flow rate, micron rating, compatibility)
\n
✔ Strong Plus
\n
Experience working with wineries, breweries, or beverage plants
\n
Familiarity with filter cartridges, membrane filtration, or depth filtration
\n
Knowledge of hygienic standards (FDA, EC1935, etc.)
\n
Experience supporting sales or customer-facing roles
\n
Not a Fit If
\n
You only have theoretical or lab experience without industrial exposure
\n
You have no understanding of real production processes
\n
You are used to routine quoting without technical judgment
\n
