Your Responsibilities
* Preparation of customized offers and independent processing of customer orders
* Professional support for our customers regarding sales-related and organizational inquiries
* Accurate entry and maintenance of customer orders in our ERP system
* Active maintenance and development of long-term customer relationships
* Monitoring of delivery deadlines and initiation of appropriate measures to ensure on-time delivery
Your Qualifications & Skills
* Completed technical training and prior professional experience is an advantage
* Strong organisational skills, ability to work independently and think analytically
* Enthusiastic, team-oriented, with excellent communication skills
* Proficient in MS Office
* Fluent in English, German and Italian is an advantage
