Overview
The resource we are looking for in the Trade Marketing area of the Consumer Healthcare division in Florence will be part of a dynamic, ambitious work group with a high level of professionalism.
The resource will be part of a work team consisting of a Trade Marketing Manager and a Trade Marketing Specialist, who will support them in a training path aimed at understanding the logic of Trade Marketing in the consumer healthcare world, where Menarini is one of the main companies in the pharmacy sector. This path will lead to the development of high professional skills required in this field.

Main Activities & Responsibilities
Specifically, the job's thematic areas will include:
* Support in managing the activities outlined in the Trade Master Plan (an annual plan that outlines the promotional and visibility activities of the CH division's brands)
* Briefing, interaction, and collaboration with External partners (suppliers of POP materials or services) and internal company functions such as marketing, sales, logistics, and purchasing
* Analysis of competitor activities in various channels (private and network pharmacies, large-scale retail)
* Monitoring and analysis of Sell Out and Sell In performance (extraction and development of reports, KPI analysis, performance analysis)
* Daily support to the Field Force (with a focus on the SELL OUT network and NAM network)
* Support and management of activities performed through the Retail Execution (Retex) app, sending weekly reports to AM/DM
* Presentations to internal audiences
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, or similar (mandatory)
* Knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory)
