Evolution based on results.🎨 Technical Expertise Required (Non-Negotiable)This role requires strong hands-on experience in color cosmetics bulk manufacturing, including:
- Colormatch management
- Viscosity and texture control
- Dispersion processes
- Pigment incorporation
- Emulsion scale-up
- Process capability and variability (CPK understanding)If you have not worked on bulk color formulations at industrial scale, this role is likely not the right fit.👤 ProfileWe are targeting an experienced Production Manager ready to step up.You typically have:
