We are looking for a Sous Chef for the next season 2025 to join our Kitchen team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
Reports to Executive Chef.
Main duties & responsibilities:
* Assisting the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen brigade and in creating and preparing menus
* Coordinating food production and controlling food quality, taste and presentation of dishes
* Ensuring adherence to all health, safety and security procedures
* Collaborating with all F&B departments: Restaurant, Banqueting, Room Service, Bar Compliance with quality and service standards

Other requirements
o Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same role in a fine dining restaurant (Michelin star is a plus)
o Fluent in English and Italian
o Outstanding leadership skills
o Flexibility and excellent efficiency in working under pressure
