PbKWS Vegetable Italy /bis looking for an exceptional bAccount Manager (m/f/d) /b, with focus in Spinach and Swiss Chard. This role is designed to drive our sales and market strategy, aligning with the company's overall objectives to ensure sustained growth and profitability in the global vegetables sector. The candidate will be integrating the Customer Team baby spinach and chard Europe. The ideal candidate will possess strategic insight, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the horticulture sector, particularly in the vegetable seeds sector. bThis is a full time and permanent position, based in Battipaglia region, Italy /b /ppbYour responsibilities: /b /pullibAccount Management /b: Implement and contribute to the crops account management strategy, focusing on fresh baby spinach and chard in Italy. /lilibMarket Development /b: Develop KWS vegetables' market position and share with key accounts, and support commercial sales activities. /lilibPartnership Building /b: Build trusted partnerships with key accounts and regional dealers, and support growers, packers, and retailers. /lilibMarket Monitoring /b: Monitor market developments and report data on acreage, seed prices, competitive activity, and trends. /lilibProduct Knowledge /b: Understand the fresh market spinach and Swiss chard product range and production cycles, and support trial plans. /lilibNetwork Building /b: Establish a network within the fresh market baby spinach and chard supply chain. /lilibAccount Plans /b: Develop and implement account plans for key accounts, focusing on the 4 P’s (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). /lilibProduct Launches /b: Execute new product launch plans and commercial introductions, and evaluate product performance. /lilibSales Forecasting /b: Maintain reliable sales forecasts and manage outstanding accounts. /lilibCollaboration /b: Work with RD, Product Management, Marketing, and the finance department to support various initiatives. /lilibReporting /b: Report to the Italian Sales Manager and the European Customer Team Lead. /li /ulpbYour profile: /b /pulliRequires a minimum of a B.S. in Agronomy or Horticulture /liliAt least 5 years of experience in the vegetable (seed) industry /liliResidence in bBattipaglia area /b maximum 1 hour driving far /liliGreen fingers, understanding customer needs and business dynamics /liliProven experience in sales and/or production within the agricultural industry, achieving business results /lilibFluent English /b in word and writing, additional language(s) are an advantage /liliThe position will require international travels (up to70% international and national travels) /liliExperience with Sales Force, ABS and Power BIis an added value /li /ulpbWe look forward to receiving your online application through our SuccessFactors application system!
