STORE MANAGER Serravalle Scrivia

Main duties:
To manage and lead the team ensuring a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the The Bridge Boutique in the very heart of Rome.
The Role:
1. Manage the general operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning, cleanliness, and achievement of budget or sales goals;
2. Analyze, elaborate, and report sales figures weekly, monthly, and yearly to the Retail Manager to leverage profits;
3. Monitor all business costs and provide the area team with feedback and analysis on store KPIs;
4. Supervise staff, meet customer needs, and coordinate sales, merchandising, and budgeting activities;
5. Maintain awareness of market trends and monitor local competitors;
6. Develop retail excellence behaviors such as customer relationships, follow-up, selling ceremonies, and after-sales service;
7. Ensure staff adhere to dress code, customer approach, and selling standards;
8. Liaise with HR to address HR-related issues;
9. Schedule staff shifts and manage store operational requirements;
10. Handle employee disciplinary actions appropriately;
11. Arrange merchandise display based on popularity and other criteria;
12. Assist customers with advice and support to encourage purchases;
13. Monitor inventory levels and unload new stock as needed;
14. Operate cash registers and manage daily revenues;
15. Maintain a clean and organized store environment;
16. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and provide excellent service;
17. Demonstrate strong customer service and problem-solving skills;
18. Go the “extra mile” to meet targets.
The Candidate:
1. Fluent in English (written & spoken) is essential;
2. Previous experience managing a store team;
3. Experience in retail or service industry, preferably within the fashion sector;
4. Ability to motivate, manage, and lead a team;
5. Proven track record of delivering strong results with a large team and high turnover;
6. Ability to advise customers on professional dress and appearance;
7. Excellent communication skills with customers and staff;
8. Strong people management skills;
9. Good numeracy skills;
10. Strong organizational abilities;
11. Dynamic and creative mindset.
