Ph3Senior Interior Designer with at least 10 years' experience /h3 pFreelance /p pWorkplace: Florence - Italy /p pExperience: 10 years minimum /p pWe are currently seeking for a Senior Interior Designer / Architect to join our expanding Florence team with a strong creative skill. /p h3MISSION /h3 pDesign and management of international interior design projects, from Creative concept design phase through develope of the project. /p pProduction of “As built” documentation, under the responsibility of the Creation and Development Studio Managers. /p h3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liUnderstanding and analysing needs for project feasibility in direct relationship with the Managing Director. /li liConducting concept, design and development studies of the projects, based on client’s briefs, liaising with all key contacts in connection with the project (client, project management, etc.) and the in house design and development teams. /li liProviding expertise, monitoring and checking the entire design and development processes including preliminary and subsequent studies, budget constraints, project administration and scheduling. /li liReporting to the Creation and Development Studio Managers. /li /ul h3SKILLS /h3 ul liPerfect knowledge and understanding of the luxury sector. /li liProject management /li liYou have a strong technical background and an established experience in design, development and on-site works monitoring for interior design projects. /li liGood interpersonal skills and team spirit. /li liYou are creative, organised, rigorous, and reactive. /li /ul h3EXPERIENCE /h3 ul liGraduate of an Architecture / Interior design school. /li liProficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign (Rhinoceros and other 3D softwares appreciated). /li liFluent in English is a must. /li liFluent in Italian and/or French are a plus. /li /ul pPlease send your application, Cover letter, CV and Portfolio in English, using only the professionearchitetto web procedure /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
