Your main focus will be to maintain safety standards within your team and across the site. You’ll monitor process efficiency and prioritize routine team management and daily operational tasks, alongside escalations, process‑improvement work and wide‑scale contingency planning. /ppYou will also work with colleagues in other teams and external partners to meet customer demands and targets, analyzing data and performance metrics with leaders in your business area and discussing operational pros and cons of technical improvements with engineers. /ph3Basic Qualifications /h3ulliCompleted University degree before the start date OR graduated within the last 24 months /liliAdvanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language /liliRelevant experience in performing data analysis /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3pPreferred qualifications are not required to apply for a position at Amazon.
