Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to promote Hanwha brand and increase sales of security products.
* Achieve sales objectives through market analysis, influencing decision makers, and ensuring growth.
* Plan sales strategies short and medium term, liaising with Product Management for market positioning and marketing plans.
* Manage and develop the network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program.
* Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets.
* Engage with end users, consultants, specifiers, and system integrators to promote products and increase project pipeline and revenue.
* Maintain customer updates, report weekly on sales and project progress, and analyze customer audits.
* Contribute ideas for marketing new products and customer events.
* Focus on product/channel/customer margins, forecasting accuracy, and achieving targets.
Requirements:
* Proven sales or business development experience in a demanding environment.
* Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to clients and consultants.
* Ability to understand customer needs and develop professional proposals.
* Market knowledge within electronic security, IT, and Networking sectors.
* Experience with CCTV manufacturing is beneficial.
* Understanding of network video systems and topology.
* Business or technical degree preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to impact market and brand recognition.
* Independent thinking, good judgment, and team-oriented mindset.
* Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
* Self-motivated with project management and communication skills, capable of presenting to executive levels.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Fluent in English and at least one European language.
* Valid driving license.
Location:
This is a field-based role; residence in Milan or South Italy is preferred. Extensive travel within Italy and occasionally outside is expected.
