* Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel recipes and standards
* Provides professional and friendly service to guests at the bar and during events
* Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar, including utensils, equipment, and workstations
* Monitors stock levels, assists with inventory management, and reports any shortages or discrepancies
* Ensures compliance with hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations
* Assists in training and guiding junior bar staff to maintain service standards
* Participates in daily briefings, team meetings, and training sessions as required
* Collaborates with restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely service
* Addresses guest inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
* Performs any additional duties assigned by the Bar Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or Hotel Management
Core Competencies
* Fluent in English and Italian is required. Must communicate clearly, courteously, and professionally with guests and team members
* Previous experience in bartending, preferably in hotels, luxury venues, or high-volume operations
* Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverage preparation, and bar equipment
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Excellent interpersonal and communication xrdztoy skills with a guest-focused attitude
* Flexible with scheduling according to operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and special events
* Strong hands-on mentality, with attention to detail and service quality
* Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficiently
* Maintains a professional, approachable, and friendly demeanor at all times
* Must hold the required authorization to work in a European country
