Job Responsibilities
As part of the E-Business & CRM Global Team, the E-Commerce Specialist will support daily on-site activities, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Responsibilities include:
1. Homepage & Content Updates: Manage and update website homepage and content pages, using Page Designer or HTML to ensure engaging content.
2. Campaign & Promotion Management: Create and manage campaigns within Salesforce Commerce Cloud, optimizing for effectiveness.
3. Catalog & Publication Management: Manage product catalog, ensuring readiness for launch with all necessary elements.
4. Website Personalization: Implement personalization strategies to enhance customer experience and drive conversions.
5. Platform Testing & Quality Assurance: Regularly test the SFCC platform to ensure proper functioning of promotions, content, and stock levels.
6. Visual Merchandising: Curate visual merchandising considering delivery schedules, seasonal trends, and inventory levels.
7. Operations & Customer Care: Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless customer experience and order fulfillment.
Profile & Requirements
* Passion for e-commerce with previous experience in similar roles, preferably within a luxury brand.
* Experience in website updates, campaign execution, site merchandising, and content management.
* Mandatory knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), including campaign management, Page Designer, and Customer Groups.
* Proficiency in HTML for content updates.
* Highly organized with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
