Key Responsibilities:
Develop, evaluate, and continuously maintain parts and accessory suppliers, optimize procurement costs, improve supply chain stability, and effectively support sales operations.
Be responsible for the development, maintenance, and in-depth relationship management of key customers and channels (distributors, OEM partners), and continuously expand high-value business opportunities.
Organize and conduct market price research and competitive analysis for parts and accessories, assisting in the formulation and optimization of Sany parts' positioning and pricing strategies in the local market.
Regularly collect, analyze, and report sales data, supply chain performance, and market dynamics to generate business insights and support management decision-making.
Lead the supply chain development and market promotion of earthmoving equipment attachments, driving growth for related product lines.
Address major customer issues and complaints, coordinating with technical, after-sales, procurement, and supply chain teams to facilitate efficient resolution.
Manage systematic tracking, data analysis, and proactive collection of overdue accounts receivable.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in parts/components sales or procurement in the Italian market, with proven success in customer development, channel expansion, or supplier management.
Extensive sales and product experience in earthmoving equipment attachments.
Familiarity with Italian business culture, distribution systems, supply chains, and industry ecosystem, with established customer, channel, or supplier resources.
Strong data collection, statistical analysis, and reporting skills, with the ability to drive business optimization and decision-making through data insights.
Proficiency in Italian and Chinese, with working-level English fluency.
