Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead protein trading activities regionally to maximize profitability and build lasting partner networks. You will work closely with local sales, operations, and finance teams to align strategies with regional objectives and risk controls. You will analyze markets, source deals, and shape local business strategies while supporting cross‑functional execution. This position offers impact by strengthening customer relationships and contributing to Bunge’s mission of connecting farmers to consumers at scale.

* Monitor regional market dynamics and anticipate future needs and opportunities
* Serve as internal expert, advisor, and trainer to support local sales and trading teams
* Coordinate across Operations, Execution, Logistics, and Finance to ensure efficient fulfillment of commitments
* Evaluate field conditions and regulatory or environmental factors to forecast consumption/production where applicable
Responsabilità
* 5-10 years of proven commodities trading experience, with a strong preference for protein trading
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Agriculture, or a related field
* Fluency in English and Italian
