Coolshop is a UX-centered digital solution provider focused on creating effective extended sales processes.Born in 2010, we leverage the Italian world-renowned talents in creativity and design, writing cutting edge code to provide great B2 B and B2 C applications.Proudly from Torino, now in Rotterdam, Chicago, and Dubai.We are looking for an IT/ICT Project Manager for our Turin branch to lead complex projects from planning to delivery, ensuring solutions meet real customer needs.What you'll do:Plan and manage IT/ICT projects from start to finish.Analyze business requirements and collaborate directly with users and stakeholders.Monitor system development, project KPIs, and timelines.Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration.Identify and prevent risks while managing complex processes.Apply and adapt project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall) as needed.What you'll need:BS/MS in Management, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.Excellent English.3-4 years of experience in IT project management.Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira ).
