About the Role
Acma’s Customer Service Area Managers are reporting directly to head of function and they are responsible for the development and the performance of all sales activities in assigned business unit and region in order to achieve Customer Service results in line with commercial and budget goals.
In particular, this profile is responsible for:
• Sales strategy: implements the sales strategy and manages sales processes in order to consolidate and develop business results by achieving assigned budgeted results for After Sales business lines (Spares, Upgrades, Services)
• Business development: contribute to the identification, design and promotion of new products and services to answer customer needs and pursuing the company growth strategy
• Sales management: maintains accurate records of sales and activities related to his business and customers; coordinate the agents in the area and deal the direct customers and support Agents in standard proposals, if required.
• Offering: collaborates with the technical department in order to evaluate client requirements, to conduct technical negotiations and to prepare commercial offers consistent with Company capabilities;
The role will coordinate a team of 2-3 specialists, and will cooperate with regional colleagues to define commercial strategies in the assigned area.
What You Need to Be Successful
1. Engineering Degree: Mechanical, Electronic or similar.
2. Strong passion and curiosity for technical topics
3. At least 4-5 years in similar role with proven success in sales results
4. Customer orientation / Customer Service mindset
5. International experience will be considered as a plus
6. Fluent English; Spanish or other as a plus
