You will design and implement sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales objectives, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective homebuyers, guide clients through the entire sales journey, collaborate with the Neighborhood Construction Manager and New Home Consultants, stay current on market trends and competitors, ensure accurate marketing materials, keep precise records in CRM, deliver outstanding customer service, and promote First Heritage Mortgage as the lender of choice.

What Stanley Martin is Looking for in an NSM
The ideal NSM candidate is organized, detail-oriented, able to complete tasks effectively and on time using necessary technical tools, works well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude, maintains a minimum capture rate of 80%, has strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, communicates clearly, builds strong internal and external relationships, and maintains complete data tracking.
Must Haves
At least three years of proven experience in new home sales for a production builder.
Available to work weekends.
Excited to collaborate in a team environment.
Exudes active listening, confidence, and respect when communicating with others.
