We are looking for an engaging, proactive, and excellence-orientedRestaurant Managerto join our team from March to November ****. 
You will be the main point of reference for our restaurants, leading the team by example, with passion and attention to detail, ensuring that every culinary experience exceeds our guests' expectations. 
You will work in an exclusive environment, closely with management and key departments, to deliver impeccable service in line with the values of Borgo Pignano and Relais & Châteaux. 
Your Responsibilities 
Ensure a refined, personalised restaurant service aligned with Relais & Châteaux standards of excellence 
Lead and inspire the restaurant team with strong leadership and a collaborative spirit 
Train the staff to deliver the highest standards of service and hospitality 
Supervise daily and weekly service operations and planning 
Oversee every detail of the guest experience, ensuring maximum satisfaction 
Promote the storytelling of the property's identity (history, art, culture, agriculture) 
Coordinate all restaurant and service team activities 
Monitor and optimise the department's financial and qualitative performance 
Actively promote cross-selling initiatives aligned with brand values 
Ensure staff grooming and presentation meet required standards 
Be an ambassador for the property's culinary concept, aligned with seasonality and local produce 
Reporting Line 
Reports to: Food & Beverage Director 
What We're Looking For 
3-4 years' experience in the same role within 4*/5* environments 
Proven leadership and team management skills 
Strong guest focus and attention to detail 
Deep knowledge of the food and wine industry and culinary trends 
Proficiency with restaurant management software 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and time management abilities 
Impeccable personal grooming 
Respect for nature and alignment with sustainability values 
Fluency in English and Italian (a third language is a plus) 
Verifiable professional references
