The Production Planner will collaborate on medium and long-term production planning activities, ensuring alignment between production capacity and resource availability. He/She will work closely with Production and Procurement to promote efficient and sustainable planning processes.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to medium and long-term production planning based on sales forecasts, production capacity, and resource availability
* Manage and analyze production capacity, supporting workload balancing and optimal use of resources
* Manage inventory levels, ensuring the right balance between product availability, service level, and stock rotation
* Contribute to the development of aggregate production plans and material requirements
* Monitor plan execution and analyze deviations related to volumes, capacity, lead times, and inventory levels
* Prepare reports and KPIs related to production planning, capacity utilization and inventory performance
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics or related field
* At least 3/4 years of experience in production planning, supply chain management
* Proficiency in Excel
* Strong communication skills
* Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
