Main Responsibilities:Generate creative ideas and engaging storytelling, developing and maintaining a creative statement that resonates with readers, viewers, and users.Craft demo product stories and experiences, collaborating with the Art Director to create headlines, radio scripts, body copies, statements, digital content, and texts that complement the visual aspects of advertising across multiple platforms.Find evocative verbal descriptions for ingredients and recipes in demo product storytelling, and meet with senior creative professionals to discuss client requirements and core messages.Work alongside other members of the creative team, supporting them in project development, and receive continuous feedback to grow and improve as a copywriter.Share ideas with the team and participate in developing concepts, with some ideas refined or set aside.Participate in the production phase, liaising with speakers, photographers, directors, music providers, and production companies, and attend advertising workshops and national or international events.Stay up to date with popular culture, new advertising trends, and techniques to deepen knowledge of Ferrero products, target audiences, and competitor activities in the market.About You:You bring a passion for writing and a genuine willingness to learn from experienced creative professionals.With a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Literature, Communication, or a related field, you contribute creativity and initiative to the team, translating ideas into impactful advertising pieces.You are persuasive, inspiring, and attentive to grammatical accuracy. You have teamwork, problem-solving skills, and time management abilities to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.You are a digital and social media user, comfortable navigating new platforms and trends.
