Job Description
This role is responsible for the development and implementation of a channel system in Italy, encompassing agents, secondary distributors, and OEM customers.
* Develop and execute market strategies to utilize available funds effectively.
* Optimize distributor networks based on existing channel structures to ensure efficient inventory supply and maintain market order.
* Formulate sales strategies aligned with company objectives, establish quarterly/annual goals, and enhance marketing systems to allocate resources efficiently.
* Manage regional sell-in and sell-out operations to guarantee accurate sales forecasting.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a degree in marketing or a related field and have at least five years of experience in integrated marketing, preferably within the personal care, kitchen appliances, or pet products sectors.
* Demonstrate expertise in navigating Italian markets and showcase relevant success stories in marketing.
* Show strong resilience under pressure, possess robust market development, and sales capabilities, with a proven track record of success.
* Possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to develop relationships, and leadership experience within teams and project development.
