Our EV battery consumption has ranked No.1 worldwide for eight consecutive years, and our energy storage batteries have ranked No.1 for four years. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libSales Strategy Execution: /b /li liDevelop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. /li liIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. /li liAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. /li liCollaborate with support functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion. /li libCustomer Partner Management: /b /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. /li liConduct business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. /li liResolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams. /li libReporting Forecasting: /b /li liProvide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to leadership. /li liTrack and report regional performance metrics. /li liUse CRM tools to manage sales activities and data. /li libCollaboration Cross-Functional Alignment: /b /li liWork with Solutions, Marketing, and local teams to align sales efforts. /li liProvide field feedback to influence product and service improvements. /li liLead, mentor, and motivate sales team members. /li liSet performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and coach for improvement. /li liFoster a high-performance, accountable, customer-focused culture. /li /ul h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ol liBachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation. /li liStrong decision-making skills to handle complex and urgent situations effectively. /li liSome work experience and basic understanding of the new energy market. /li liProficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); multilingual skills are a plus. /li liClear team objectives, reasonable task allocation, and the ability to promote collaboration. /li liWillingness to travel overseas; overseas work experience is preferred. /li /ol #J-18808-Ljbffr
