The role involves driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering tailored energy storage solutions. A deep understanding of BESS technology, market trends, and customer needs, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills, is essential. Main accountabilities include: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and meet or exceed sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and ensure client satisfaction. Technical and Market Expertise: Stay updated on BESS technology and market trends, work with technical teams, and deliver product presentations. Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare proposals, lead contract negotiations, and collaborate with internal teams. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams, and provide market feedback. Reporting and Analysis: Track performance metrics, analyze market data, and maintain CRM data. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or related fields. 3–5 years of sales experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or power systems sectors.
