Core Responsibilities:
* The role carries full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach through to deal closure, supported by a local SDR agency for cold calling activities. The position is strongly backed by the central team in Croatia, providing technical pre-sales support, product demonstrations, marketing, and lead generation.
* The aim is to developthe Italian private healthcare market, working exclusively with private clinic groups, diagnostic centers, and specialized hospitals.
Must Have:
* 5+ years of sales experience in healthtech or medtech.
* Strong understanding of decision-making structures within Italian private healthcare.
* Existing network in the Italian private healthcare sector (highly desirable).
* Native-level Italian and fluency in English (company’s primary language).
* Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset, comfortable building a market with limited local infrastructure.
