We're seeking a Van Manager who will lead the Van MOT channel for our AMZL delivery stations. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for:
* Suitable fleet availability & capacity
* Fleet utilization & costs
* Fleet compliance, safety & quality
* Executing all fleet product/program launches & scaling up
Additionally, the Van Manager will be accountable for IHS/Fixed Fleet.

Qualifications:Basic:
* Bachelor's degree
* Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
* Experience with Microsoft Office
Preferred:
* 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
* Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques
Skills and Attributes:
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Ability to work under pressure and in ambiguous situations
* Good communication and listening skills
* Customer-centric mindset and high ownership
