Lead a team of Area Sales Managers and Customer Service assistants dedicated to the business area. Organization Report to the EMEA Sales Director. Duties Develop and manage commercial relationships and sales of flexible packaging and integrated solutions for packaging in the designated regions. Set regional sales targets and identify new market needs and opportunities. Research, identify, and evaluate business development opportunities. Support the EMEA Sales Director in developing the business plan. Skills and Qualifications Degree required. At least 10 years of experience in a similar B2B sales position. Fluent in English, German, and Italian. Strong communication, listening skills, and a positive attitude. Leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team.
