We are seeking a commercially driven bDirector of Sales Marketing /b with a strong bias to bsales leadership /b—someone who can open a new market for the brand, build the sales engine from day one, and convert relationships into meaningful, measurable business through opening and beyond. /p h3The Role /h3 pThis is a hands‑on, build‑and‑deliver role. You will establish Baccarat’s sales presence in Rome and across key feeder markets, create the account strategy, set targets and cadence, and build the team, tools, and routines needed to drive performance.
