GRS are working with an innovative IT company who is looking for an experienced sales professional to drive enterprise and strategic account growth. In this role, you’ll develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets, manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure, and identify, qualify, and close new customer opportunities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
2. Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise and strategic customer accounts
3. Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and deal closure
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, CIOs, CTOs, and key decision-makers
5. Act as a trusted advisor by aligning IT solutions with customer business objectives
6. Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, product, and delivery teams to design tailored solutions
7. Lead executive-level sales presentations, proposals, and briefings
8. Negotiate complex commercial, legal, and contractual terms
9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
10. Expand partner and professional networks to generate new business opportunities
11. Strengthen customer relationships through strategic engagement and business development activities
12. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and CRM records
13. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities
CANDIDATE PROFILE
14. Proven experience in enterprise or strategic IT sales, preferably within IT services, solutions, or consulting
15. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
16. Experience managing the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to deal closure
17. Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, CIOs, CTOs, and senior stakeholders
18. Strong understanding of IT solutions and the ability to align technology with business objectives
19. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
