Role The outlet manager is responsible for the outlet's performance, management, food and beverage and other operations. You will also monitor the smooth running of these areas as well as customer service and satisfaction. Outlet managers are responsible for the outlet’s performance in areas such as personnel management, food & beverage and other services and operations. You will monitor and ensure the smooth running of customer service areas and satisfaction. Responsibilities Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations. Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction. Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints. Regularly review product quality and research new vendors. Organize and supervise shifts. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity. Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations. Manage the restaurant’s image and suggest ways to improve it. Control operational costs and identify measures to minimize waste. Requirements Verbal and written proficiency in English and Italian. Degree/Diploma in any discipline. Minimum 2 years as Assistant Manager of an outlet in an international luxury hotel.
