We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join Borçelik's organization and to manage sales and customer development activities for Borçelik products.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate within the high-carbon products segment,
- Conduct potential customer and market research within the relevant industry,
- Identify and act on new customer acquisition opportunities,
- Perform customer visits to analyze needs and expectations,
- Build a sales portfolio based on analyses and manage sales processes end-to-end,
- Coordinate import and export processes with Borçelik teams,
- Plan and follow up on trial production processes carried out within Borçelik,
- Manage the acquired customer portfolio and develop long-term, sustainable customer relationships.

Qualifications

- Preferably experienced in the Italian markets,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the flat steel industry, having worked in sales, marketing, or commercial departments with direct customer interaction,
- Ability to establish active communication with target customers in selected special steel grades,
- Capable of analyzing customer conditions and expectations from both technical and commercial perspectives,
- Proven ability to acquire new customers, secure initial sales, and convert them into a regular order structure,
- Ability to monitor consumption and demand dynamics in target markets and provide regular reporting.
