Job Description THE MISSION: Just like Mamie's cooking when we were children, our cooking is generous but high quality. You will participate in setting up the pastry dishes (desserts and sweet breaks) and uphold Mama's values. Responsibilities Be responsible for the quality of service, tidying and cleaning in the kitchen, and storing food. Check and ensure that supplies are in order. Keep the Executive Chef informed of activity and assist with all aspects of pastry-making. Manage and supervise the team of pastry chefs. Comply with hygiene standards and ensure that equipment is used correctly. Qualifications Passionate and creative, with a discerning view of what is crunchy and tasty. Organized and able to stay calm under pressure. Follow Mama's recipes precisely: quantity, presentation and appreciation. Translate recipes into technical sheets when needed. Identify talent and develop it; motivate and unite the brigade. Ability to mobilize necessary resources (Human, Financial & Administrative) to succeed.
