A Day in the Life Reporting to the Italian Senior Marketing Manager, the HCP Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing HCP offline and online marketing activities within the Diabetes business. This includes segmentation, tailored messages, and establishing HCP networks with specific communication tools. We are looking for a highly motivated team player based in Lombardy, with a proven record of successfully implementing projects within complex environments. Responsibilities may include the following: Contribute to the establishment of the HCP marketing vision, strategy, and objectives. Drive the implementation of the HCP marketing plan; collaborate with Medical Marketing and Training & Education teams to ensure regional delivery, gather feedback, and track KPIs. Develop therapy-related materials and tools tailored to HCP needs, aligned with content strategy, working closely with EMEA Diabetes teams and creative agencies. Gather and analyze insights to challenge the status quo and drive meaningful innovation in HCP engagement (online/offline). Develop and lead strategies towards Scientific Societies, organizing annual plans for Congress participation and strategic partnerships. Create new communication channels and tools to maximize HCP awareness and generate internal excitement around HCP activities. Collaborate with Marketing & Strategy teams to drive synergies across initiatives. Maintain ongoing communication with EMEA countries to understand their needs and challenges regarding nurse marketing priorities. Required Knowledge and Experience: Marketing or business Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. 5 years in customer marketing, engagement, product management, or market development. 3 years in marketing leadership working with global or European teams. Strong prioritization, reactiveness, focus, and ownership skills. Positive, proactive, and solution-driven mindset. Resilience and ability to see opportunities in challenges. Ability to build relationships in multicultural, matrix environments, working effectively with sales teams and customers. Proven ability to think innovatively, challenge the status quo, and bring disruptive solutions. Highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills (oral and written). Adaptability, growth mindset, and integrity.
