Position Description and Characteristics
We are looking for individuals who have completed hotel school, have some internship experience, and are eager to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
* Performing table service
* Welcoming and managing customers in the dining area
Reporting line : to the property and floor manager
Internal relationships : colleagues
External relationships : customers
Requirements
* Hotel management diploma
* Good manual skills and customer-oriented attitude
* Proactive and eager to learn
Reliability and precision are also important qualities.
Work location : Near Vimercate (MB)
Work hours : Full-time availability required. Monday to Friday, split shifts: 10:00-14:30 (lunch break) and 18:00-22:30 (dinner break). Saturday evening shift: 18:00-22:30. Overtime as per CCNL regulations.
Contract type : Apprenticeship under the tourism and hospitality CCNL (net salary approximately €1300 for 14 months).
