Position Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role combines technical expertise with a focus on driving business growth by understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and fostering long-lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and technologies.
* Engage with customers and the sales team to build strong professional relationships.
* Acting as a bridge between the Technical and Sales aspects of the business.
* Address customer needs and provide technical solutions that address their challenges.
* Collaborate with the Engineering, Project Manager, Sales teams to tailor solutions to client requirements.
* Prepare commercial offers and select suitable products to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in industrial products with technical content.
* Technical experience in an industrial or mechanical or machinery manufacturing and similar field.
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical / mechanical diploma
* Proficient in the Italian language.
* Basic knowledge of the English language.
* The ideal candidate is a team player who is open-minded and skilled in building strong customer relationships.
