As a Business Development professional in the elevator market, you'll identify high value opportunities and craft strategies strategy to increase brand awareness within the Elevator's segment.You'll directly responsible for leading strategic actions to build expertise and amplify brand visibility, working closely with regional and Global Segment Managers to deliver strong, measurable results in this sector.What You'll DoDefining and leading the execution of account development plan and the strategy approach of Elevator Segment Focus Account, in the E4 Region (Italy, Balcans and Israel) in collaboration with Sales Team, headquarter and International Business Developer (IBD)Proactive role in activating, developing and maintaining long-term relationship/network with relevant departments within Focus AccountsSupport Sales team on building-up the opportunity pipeline and on defining solution/services and quotation for customers, working on follow-up activities and supporting difficult negotiations.Schedule appointments, preparing and delivering customer presentations also to C-levels inside the customers.Create and Coordinate Segment Specific application training to Sales Team through seminars and product presentationDefine and implement key activities to increase the brand awareness within the Elevator Segment involving also trade associationEnsure integration of Hilti elevator solutions into the standards of designated accounts as well coordinate the development and specification of Hilti elevator solutions, ensuring their inclusion in assigned elevator projects.Work closely with Regional and Global Segment Manager on the elaboration and implementation of related segment strategiesSupport HQ functions on business tracking, market analysis, customer surveys and new products/services launch or improvement.What You'll BringBachelor's degree with strong sales, commercial, business capabiliti
