About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Account Manager for the Italy region. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
1. Work with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design wins and increase account penetration.
2. Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers.
3. Research and develop new customers and business segments.
4. Develop account strategies and execute business plans.
5. Handle customer issues effectively.
6. Meet sales targets (booking/billing).
7. Gather and summarize market intelligence and provide feedback to the relevant product teams.
8. Collaborate regionally or globally to achieve assigned goals.
9. Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels.
Education Background / Major
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience (Ideal)
2-4 years of sales or account management experience with a proven record of exceeding sales quotas.
Knowledge (Ideal)
Understanding of the semiconductor industry and experience working with semiconductor products.
Abilities / Qualities
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, including negotiating contracts and closing deals. Strong relationship-building skills with customers and channel partners. Ability to identify new business opportunities. Willingness to travel within Europe for customer visits.
Skills / Certifications
* Fluent in English and Italian with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
