TXT E-TECH, part of the TXT Group, is looking for Software Engineers with expertise in Machine Learning and intelligent flight planning systems to join the team developing advanced software platforms for mission planning and optimization in the aerospace domain.
The selected candidate will be involved in the development of algorithms, modules, and software components for the automatic management of complex scenarios, with a strong focus on artificial intelligence and optimization techniques.
Main Responsibilities:
* Analyze Machine Learning algorithms for decision support and autonomous planning.
* Develop software in C++ and/or Python in embedded or simulation environments.
* Design modules for the generation and evaluation of flight and mission plans.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate avionics, sensor fusion, and simulation systems.
* Conduct validation and testing through digital models and simulated environments.
* Produce technical documentation in compliance with Aerospace & Defence standards.
Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent field.
* Good knowledge of C++, Python, and MATLAB/Simulink.
* Skills in Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, AI Planning, and Combinatorial Optimization.
* 1 to 5 years of software development experience (junior or middle level).
* Proficiency in English and Italian.
Optional Skills:
* Familiarity with simulation techniques, avionics systems, or aerospace mission systems.
* Experience, including academic or research-based, in developing software for complex real-time or embedded systems.
