With a focus on supporting grid stability, renewable integration, and energy transition goals, the company delivers high-performance storage systems tailored for utility-scale applications.
The Role : My client are looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead BESS sales efforts in the Italian market. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing strategic accounts, and driving full-cycle sales with developers, EPCs, and utilities.
Lead the sales process for utility-scale energy storage systems, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure. Cultivate and expand relationships with major stakeholders, including executives, procurement professionals, and technical leads. Identify new market opportunities and develop a robust sales pipeline aligned with strategic objectives. Keep a pulse on policy changes, competitor activity, and market dynamics to inform business development tactics. Work cross-functionally with engineering and technical teams to ensure product offerings meet client needs and support tailored commercial proposals.
The person : 5+ years in energy storage, renewables, or power infrastructure sales Experience selling technical solutions to EPCs, developers, or utilities Knowledge of Italy’s energy sector and procurement processes Fluent in Italian and English Strong commercial acumen and willingness to travel
