Position: District Manager
KMD, Master Dealer for Fastweb, Tiscali, Linkem, Eolo, and SKY, is seeking District Managers primarily for the following regions: Emilia Romagna, Lazio, Liguria.
The candidates will be responsible for:
* Monitoring the commercial objectives of the assigned area.
* Ensuring adequate oversight of the sales network, identifying appropriate development actions.
* Supporting and motivating the staff of the sales points within their area in presenting the services offered.
* Providing feedback on qualitative and quantitative elements useful for the development of the assigned sales points.
* Conducting scouting activities to find new suitable sales points for the operators' services.
The ideal candidates have:
* Significant experience in the Telecommunications/Energy sector.
* Strong focus on achieving objectives.
* Ability to operate within an organized and structured company environment.
* Leadership and guidance skills.
* Knowledge of various B2B channels.
