Global Brand Manager

This role is a key contributor to our global Brand Center of Expertise (CoE), with a focus on orchestrating the brand communications both internally and externally, in line with the defined brand strategy and brand identity.

You’ll work alongside the Global Brand Senior Director to conduct brand research and use findings to help shape brand communication strategies. You'll assist in implementing brand experiences and visual expressions, guiding our communications and marketing teams to effectively showcase the brand across various channels and campaigns.

You will also be responsible for maintaining brand governance, updating guidelines, and ensuring brand assets are accessible and compliant. Your responsibilities will include managing the branded assets review process and providing brand training to ensure consistent application of our brand style guide.

Responsibilities

Support Brand Communications Strategy:

- Work with the Global Brand Senior Director to conduct brand research and report findings.
- Use research findings, performance metrics, and business goals to help shape brand communication strategies.

Implement the Brand experience and visual expressions
- Advise communications and marketing peers on how to develop touchpoints that bring the brand to life on channels and campaigns.
- Lead brand experiences for customer events, tradeshows, and Otis facilities.
- Partner with Global Brand Senior Director to design, produce, manage and evaluate brand advertising campaigns in close collaboration with channel owners, marketing, Comms CoEs and Operating Unit Communications teams.

Tools, Governance and Guidelines
- Partner with the Global Brand Senior Director to oversee brand governance and develop guidelines for all Otis entities, including JVs and secondary brands.
- Own, regularly update and enhance the brand style guide so it efficiently serves the business and supports teams.
- Provide and manage the brand hub to ensure brand assets are easily accessible and compliant with IP rights. Communicate monthly about new assets created and performance metrics.
- Own and manage the branded assets review process to enforce a consistent and compliant application of the brand style guide.
- Administer brand training.

Qualifications
- 5 - 8 years of experience in B2B brand communications, with demonstrated capabilities in storytelling techniques as well as creative execution, and a track record of driving successful campaigns across several geographies preferably in a multinational corporate or agency environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including interpersonal skills; and attention to details.
- Robust project management skills and strong collaboration skills, required to be able to partner cross-functionally, and work as part of a team and as an individual contributor.
- Forward-thinking and highly collaborative with balance of analytical and creative thinking.

- Demonstrated ability to manage information from multiple sources, creating alignment and providing proactive, timely solutions.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced large, global, corporate environment with many cross-functional and multi-cultural partners.
- Highly adaptable, able to respond quickly to new ideas, solutions and initiatives while managing ambiguity and managing multiple priorities.

- High degree of experience in Microsoft 365, including Digital Asset Management, SharePoint, as well as overall digital acumen.
- Good analytical skills to gain insights for continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English (mandatory), Italian or French is a plus.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree with specialization in communications, journalism or similar area, preferably with brand management experience in B2B industry.
