We are looking for a Barman for the next season 2024 to join our bar team. The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in a world-renowned destination to our guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He / she is willing to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community. He/She should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills.
He/She reports to Bar Manager
We are looking for genuinely enthusiastic personality, professional & hardworking with the highest standard of presentation and ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Ability to be adaptable, flexible and solution-focused. Excellent command of English. Additional languages would be desirable.
Requirements
1. Previous hospitality experience within a luxury environment.
2. Ability to communicate with guests in the luxury market to meet their individual needs.
3. Previous experience in the same position
4. Excellent interpersonal skills
5. Fulfill the Bar operations assisting with service, setup, mise en place and cleaning, according to the Belmond policies, high standards and procedures;
6. Monitor all aspects of the guests experience, from the restaurant layout before their arrival to the experience they receive during the service.
7. Establish and maintain good relationships with all guests and handle requests and enquiries.

20. Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.
