Mission of the Position
Ensure the operation, achievement of commercial results, and growth of the store in accordance with company policies, mission, and values.
Main Activities
Economic Area
* Achieve sales targets for the store;
* Meet performance indicators;
* Control and optimize the store's costs within your scope.
Commercial Area
* Meet sales objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience;
* Maintain the company's image of the store and staff;
* Enhance the visual merchandising and store environment;
* Monitor the socio-economic context and market trends of the area.
Human Resources Area
* Coordinate and supervise store personnel;
* Set objectives and evaluate performance of team members;
* Contribute to team development and foster a positive work environment.
Management Area
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and legal regulations;
* Manage cash flows and financial documentation;
* Oversee stock management and store operations.
Requirements include:
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within structured Fashion Retail environments;
* Strong analytical skills and knowledge of KPIs;
* Excellent management and organizational skills;
* Proven leadership in team management;
* Customer-oriented attitude and sales focus;
* Specific training in assisted sales techniques;
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
