Your Role In this role, you will be a vital contributor to the sustainable growth of PPG’s Marine Coatings business and team. Vessels and installations that go out to sea require high-quality coatings to improve efficiency and protect against harsh natural elements. With your industry knowledge and our advanced product solutions, you will serve as a valued advisor, supporting and guiding key customers to utilize coating protection for their strategic, sustainability, and energy efficiency goals. What We Expect From You Is To Maintain a strong network of customer relationships across all decision-making levels. Be passionate about continuous learning of the industry, products, and tools to become an expert advisor. Identify and support market-driven innovations that enhance customer sustainability and productivity. Achieve monthly and annual sales and margin targets. Plan and deliver impactful technical and commercial presentations. Understand industry techno-economic and financial terminology to influence top-level decision-making. Develop and execute Key Account plans and manage your Opportunity Pipeline in CRM. Deliver excellent customer experiences by proactively identifying and resolving issues. How You Qualify For The Job Minimum 7 years of experience in the maritime industry. Engineering, science, or business master’s degree. Resourceful with familiarity in marine industry technical and financial terms. Ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ambitious with a desire to learn and advance your career. Proficiency in English and your local language.
