We are hiring an Italy‑based Product Development Manager to support our fast‑growing portfolio of premium and luxury clients across Italy and the broader European market. Serving as the core bridge between our China headquarters and Italian/European luxury clients, you will oversee full‑cycle product development, sample iteration, cross‑border technical communication and local market adaptation for luxury hardware, fine jewelry accessories and high‑fashion structural components. We are looking for a professional with profound insight into Italian luxury aesthetics and European fashion traditions, paired with solid manufacturing expertise. You will accurately translate client creative concepts, runway trends and luxury brand positioning into feasible, manufacturable, high‑standard products that fully comply with Italian and European luxury market quality requirements.

• Lead full‑cycle product development projects for Italian and European luxury fashion maisons, ensuring strict on‑time, on‑budget delivery while fully aligning with brand premium standards and design specifications
  
• Oversee continuous sample iteration and optimisation, conduct professional cross‑border technical communication, and complete accurate, efficient production handovers with China‑based R&D and manufacturing teams
  
• Track real‑time Italian and European luxury fashion trends, brand tonality and market positioning, and convert creative briefs and client custom requirements into practical, competitive and market‑oriented product solutions
  
• Act as the key liaison between Italian/European clients and China internal teams, facilitate efficient cross‑timezone and cross‑cultural collaboration, track overall project progress, and promptly resolve technical flaws and production adaptation issues
  
• Support core product R&D, provide professional advice on premium material selection, high‑end surface finishing, structural optimisation and detail refinement, and streamline exclusive product development workflows tailored for the Italian luxury market

• 5+ years of professional product development experience with mature project management capabilities and client‑facing communication skills
  
• Solid industry background in fine jewelry, high‑end fashion accessories, luxury bag & leather goods hardware, premium metal components or related European luxury fashion supply chain fields
  
• In‑depth professional knowledge of luxury materials, structural design, high‑standard surface finishing, and complete sampling and prototyping processes for luxury products
  
• Prior working experience with Italian or European premium/luxury fashion brands is highly preferred
  
• Fluent in English (mandatory); Mandarin is a strong plus for cross‑border team collaboration
  
• Must be currently based in Italy
