The Role
We are hiring an Omnichannel Partners Director to drive revenue across our key accounts. You will lead our largest business segment through a team of account managers, build long-term partnerships across Europe, develop strategic plans, increase market share, and foster accelerated growth.
What You'll Do
* Drive profitable, sustainable, and accelerated growth with our key wholesale partners.
* Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Key Account Managers.
* Develop and execute long-term and seasonal marketplace strategies to ensure go-to-market readiness.
* Represent the marketplace channel and accounts internally and manage all interfaces.
* Enhance account profitability using relevant commercial and business planning tools.
* Travel extensively to engage partners in key markets.
* Hire, develop talent, and promote diversity within the teams.
* Report regularly to the Head of Marketplace.
Who You Are
* Proven experience in planning, selling, and negotiating.
* Strong industry knowledge across apparel and accessories divisions.
* Ability to analyze data to inform decisions and strategies.
* Excellent commercial acumen with experience managing key KPIs and contributing to profitability.
* Experience working cross-functionally to deliver results.
* Deep understanding of key markets, consumers, and accounts.
