PbJob Description: /b /ph3Objectives: /h3ulliResponsible for negotiating with previously defined customers and prospecting for new customers in Italy, in close collaboration with the company’s management. /liliActing as a Key Account Manager for assigned international clients. /liliDelivering offers / quotes to existing and prospective customers. /liliReporting to the Sales Director Europe. /li /ulh3Main Activities: /h3ulliDefine the sales strategy of the company's various products to its customers. /liliCollect all necessary information for the preparation of sale contracts. /liliCommunicate with the technical team to propose the most suitable solution for a given customer. /liliSearch for new business opportunities, especially related to replacing Polyamide compounds. /liliNegotiate the best terms of sale in agreement with the company’s management. /liliManage and record various customer rates. /liliIssue material sample and test requests for the laboratory. /liliBuild and nurture customer rapport to develop and maintain long-term relationships. /liliControl proper application of contracts and planned sales volumes with assigned customers. /liliIdentify, anticipate, and manage customer risks, financial risks, delivery disruptions, and changes in the customer's structure. /liliAct as an interface between customers and management, sales, RD, QHSE, and finance departments. /liliAssist the technical and sales team with tests, complaints, or disputes. /liliReport on individual sales activities, customer situations, and sample progress during exchanges with company management and sales meetings. /li /ulh3Your profile: /h3ulliKnowledge and effective use of various sales and negotiation techniques. /liliDetailed knowledge of the company's technical possibilities and product advantages. /liliGood knowledge of the plastics industry and plastics processing, especially injection moulding, with a proven track record in successful account management. /liliAnalytical mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. /liliStrong decision-making skills to identify and mitigate potential problems with customers. /liliStrong interpersonal skills for effective communication internally and externally at different levels and with various departments. /liliExcellent time management and priority setting skills with a proactive attitude. /liliProficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
