Job Description:

Objectives:

* Negotiate with existing customers and prospect new clients in Italy, in close collaboration with the company's management.
* Act as a Key Account Manager for assigned international clients.
* Deliver offers and quotes to current and prospective customers.
* Report to the Sales Director Europe.

Main Activities:

* Define sales strategies for various products.
* Gather information necessary for preparing sale contracts.
* Coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
* Identify new business opportunities, particularly in replacing Polyamide compounds.
* Negotiate sales terms in agreement with management.
* Manage customer rates and records.
* Issue material samples and test requests for the laboratory.
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
* Ensure proper application of contracts and sales volumes.
* Identify and manage customer and financial risks, delivery issues, and organizational changes.
* Serve as an interface between customers and internal departments.
* Assist technical and sales teams with tests, complaints, or disputes.
* Report on sales activities, customer status, and sample progress during meetings.

Your Profile:

* Proficient in sales and negotiation techniques.
* Deep understanding of the company's technical capabilities and product advantages.
* Good knowledge of the plastics industry and injection moulding, with proven account management success.
* Analytical mindset adaptable to market changes.
* Strong decision-making skills to mitigate potential problems.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills across departments and levels.
* Effective time management and prioritization skills, proactive attitude.
* Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
