PAs the Technical Sales Engineer for the Field Instruments business segment, you will focus on transforming customer inquiries into successful orders by offering the most suitable technical and commercial solutions based on the company’s product portfolio. This involves understanding customer needs, configuring products to meet specific requirements, and ensuring proposals are accurate and timely. The engineer acts as a key link between customers, internal teams, and factories to provide high-standard service and technical guidance. We look forward to seeing your application! /ppstrongIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: /strong /pulliTake ownership of medium-complexity customer inquiries by transforming RFQs into orders, delivering tailored technical and commercial solutions that bring to bear the full product portfolio. /liliDeliver top-tier customer service by promptly addressing technical and commercial questions, while seamlessly coordinating with internal experts to resolve specialized requests. /liliAct as a trusted advisor by identifying customer needs, interpreting technical requirements, and collaborating with sales teams, factories, and multi-functional departments to develop the most effective solution. /liliConfigure and size products to meet specific application requirements, ensuring alignment with documentation, testing needs, lead times, and budget expectations. /liliPrepare and manage detailed, accurate quotations using Oracle / MYEMERSON, providing expert technical recommendations and submitting competitive proposals within tight deadlines. /liliEnsure alignment between purchase orders and the proposed solutions, proactively managing and resolving any technical discrepancies to maintain a smooth customer experience /li /ulpstrongWho You Are: /strong /ppYou are a technically skilled and customer-focused engineer with a strong understanding of industrial solutions and a passion for delivering tailored, high-impact proposals.
