JOB AIMS

A Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for implementing and managing online marketing campaigns and website to promote a company’s products or services. Moreover, one of the main goals will be optimize the CRM management and implement strategies and best practises. This role involves working across various digital platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

This position is ideal for a motivated and creative individual eager to contribute to a company’s online presence and growth through innovative digital marketing initiatives

This role reports to the Digital Marketing Manager, splitting the activities, and works closely with other departments to maintain a cohesive brand voice and strategic approach.

The candidate will be Milan based with one day of remote work possibile. Working hours are from 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

üBachelor’s degree or any study title in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

ü1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

üProficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot.

üKnowledge of CRM, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.

üStrong written and verbal communication skills.

üAnalytical mindset with attention to detail.

üCreative and innovative thinking.

üItalian speaking, mandatory knowledge of English language.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Campaign Execution:

üExecute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as website both branded and vanity, search engines, and email.

üEnsure campaigns align with the company’s overall marketing strategy, budget & Digital Marketing Manager’s indications.

CRM:

üManagement of CRM activities, for implementation of best practises and better usage.

üCollaborate with relevant departments, eg. Revenue, to optimize strategies aiming incremental revenue.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

üOptimize website content to improve search engine rankings.

üConduct keyword research and analysis to drive organic traffic.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:

üManage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.

üTrack and adjust campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.

Content Creation:

üCreate engaging content for websites, online marketing campaign, DEMs, e-commerce, and email marketing.

üWork with designers, graphic and content creators, to produce visuals and multimedia content.

Local Campaigns Management:

üDevelop and schedule local marketing campaigns on Facebook based on hotels need, to increase ancillary revenue incomes.

üMonitor the results and adjust where needed.

Newsletters/DEMs:

üDesign and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.

üAnalyse open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics to improve performance.

Analytics and Reporting:

üUse analytic tools to monitor campaign performance.

üPrepare regular reports on KPIs and suggest improvements for future campaigns.

Collaboration:

üWork with other departments, including sales, social media and offline marketing to align efforts and deliver cohesive campaigns

üCollaborate with external agencies for improving the performances.

Market Research:

üMonitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.

üIdentify opportunities for new campaigns and innovative strategies.
