2. Role Purpose
The Project Manager (PM) is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of Standard Convergent Solutions (Fixed, Data, and Mobile), from the beginning of the project until the handover of the service to the department of Assurance.
The PM must provide the customer with continuously updated scheduling information about the release of the service.
The PM also liaises with Vodafone Enterprise Indirect Business Sales structures, both internal (Area Managers, Field Managers, Pre-Sales) and external (sales agencies), providing support to deliver the most effective technology solutions in terms of architecture, topology, and networking infrastructure.
The PM should be an innovation-driven professional, keeping skills updated to the latest in Voice and Data IP technologies, including Convergence Voice and Data Solutions, CPEs, and other IP-based products and services.
Additionally, the PM should understand the economic impact of designed solutions and support Pre-Sales in building business cases and P&L analyses for new convergent solutions.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience
1. Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, MPLS, and SD-WAN technologies.
2. Understanding of fixed convergence access technologies.
3. Knowledge of IT technologies.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to manage customer relationships, even in conflict situations.
6. Professional qualifications; CCNA certification preferred.
7. Scientific or engineering degree preferred.
8. Proficiency in English.
